I'm slowly parting with some of my favorite raku fired beads and buttons by LisaPetersArts ( [link] ). Hoarded away in boxes, these wonderful mini pieces of art don't do any of us much good
 This pendant began with a 1.25" raku bead in a gorgeous soft, sagey green. Lisa created a few swirls in bronze. I created a peyote beaded encasement for it using Japanese delica and rochailles in bronze. I added a little ruffle in metallic green and then used those same green beads for a simple peyote bail. The pendant measures 1.5" x 1.7". I'm throwing in a 26" length of sage colored suede leather, so you'll have something to wear it with immediately. Just knot to whatever length you are most comfortable with. Please note that my feelings will not be hurt if you choose to wear this pendant with your best 24k gold rope chain instead |
